Hello friends, so happy to be back in my little corner of the internet. I’m here today with my fashionista sisters better known as The Fab Five Fashionistas with a collaboration featuring items from New York and Company.
So, let’s get into it. When I originally thought about the title I knew exactly what I wanted to where. To my surprise, things didn’t go as planned. I opted for a more neutral color dress, because when I think of bold colors, the first thing that comes to mind is pinks, oranges, and purples. Well… your girl is representing a beautiful shade of brown.
Yeah I know not your typical bold color, but to me it just worked. I loved the style of this maxi dress, very flattering on, but not really petite friendly. However I made it work. I decided to pair the dress with my bold pink heels, and pink accessories. Like I said my dress wasn’t bold, but my accessories definitely brought the heat.
Lydia, Chic to Street Style Mom Lydia styled the same dress (my twin) but hers was blue, isn’t she gorgeous. I love the color on this dress, I also love how she added the pop of yellow to complete her look. Check out her blog for more details. Lydia and I also share a love for pretty colors.
Mary Curly Byrdie Chirps known for her love of animal print, brought so much flavor with this stunning green snake print jumpsuit. When you are looking for inspiration on styling animal prints, she’s your girl. The bonus that I loved the most was adding the leopard and black bag to complete her look. Check out her blog for more details.
Reyni Curls and High Heels Miss Diva herself, made me think twice about purchasing sleeveless dresses. She looks absolutely amazing in this wrap dress. The fringe on the bottom of the dress stole the show. I love how she added the neutral color shoes, and that must have bag to complete her look. Check out her blog for more details.
Last but certainly not least is Ayesha Emanees Closet. Ayesha opted for the pants we all should have in our closet. The color was beyond bold, and I was so here for it. Did you check out the top she paired it with, now Ayesha knows I love colors, and she left me saying I need that top. She completed her look with the cutest heels in a bold pink. Girl, you rocked this outfit. Check out her blog for more details.
I hope you enjoyed our take on bold colors. Are you team bold colors? Share in the comments if you love them.
Until next time,
