Hello friends, can you believe we are in July already, time truly does fly when you’re having fun. Well… I’m back with my girls The Fab Five Fashionistas. We are showcasing our looks for July 4th. When I think about July 4th, the first thing I think about is fireworks. I’m like a little kid watching the fireworks, they are so amazing. The only downfall is, where I live fireworks are legal, and they will pop them all night. How can you not get excited about the fourth, from the delicious food, the pool parties, and all the cute fashions?
Enough of that, let’s get into the fashions. I had so many ideas of what I wanted to wear for this theme, but at the last minute, I changed my mind. So, I decided to keep it cute and comfy. As I was going through my closet, I spotted the cutest off the shoulder romper, that still had tags on it (purchased either last year, or the year before) and I knew it would be perfect for this theme. I paired the romper with my blue and white gingham mules, and can we say comfortable.
Now the only thing missing was the red, and the white. I opted to wear the cutest white hat I found on amazon fashions, and finished the look with red tassel earrings, and my favorite red bag. Ok… let me talk about my favorite red bag, she’s small, but so cute, and the shape of her makes her standout. I’m sorry to say my romper, and shoes are old, and no longer available online, so I will be sharing a few pieces I know you will love.
Until next time,
Mary is keeping it all the way classy in the Gabrielle Union blue and white stripped dress, and who doesn’t love stripes? I love how she added the pop of red with her sandals, and earrings. Mary was bringing the heat, with this year favorite bamboo bag. But, what I loved the most is the hat, it truly brought the entire look together. Looking great my friend, and so festive. You can see more of Mary’s look Here.
Lydia is giving me sexy, in her red cropped top. Side Note: I wish I was bold enough to wear cropped tops. I loved how she paired it with a blue and white polka dot skirt (polka dots are so fun), white sandals, and white earrings. Now, tell me how can you not get Fourth of July vibes from this look. Lydia is showing us all you can be sexy, but classy in her festive look. You can see more of Lydia’s look Here.
Ayesha look was cute and casual at its best, and I was so here for it. From the white top with the red and white gingham on the sleeve, to the stripped blue and white shorts, and those amazing gingham sandals. This look really spoke to my soul, as she showed us all being casual can look good, and she rocked it. You can see more of Ayesha look Here.
Reyni is knocking it out the park, in this bold polka dot red and white maxi dress. Reyni and I both live for a great maxi. And she definitely was ready for some fun in this flirty number. Reyni accessories brought the entire look together, do you see how stinky cute that bag is though. You can see more of Reyni look Here.
You see we all met on IG, but have really become friends. We all have similar fashions, and each one of our looks represent that. From gingham, to stripes, and lastly polka dots. I hope you all enjoyed our Fourth of July looks, and look forward to our next theme. If you have any suggestion for The Fab Five Fashionistas next theme, drop them in the comments.
