Hello friends… After a long hiatus I’m back. I’ve missed you all so much. February is the month of love, but I tell you it was not a very good month for me. Work got the best of me, and I had absolutely no time for anything else. I’m so happy that’s over, and I can get back to what I love. The connection I have with my readers, is so important to me. Well… enough of that. Just know I really appreciate you all.
Now, let’s talk about this outfit! If it’s one thing I know, every woman should have a white button down shirt. It’s a must have, as it can be styled so many ways. I decided to style mine with this super cute pair of jeans, and I loved the end result. I purchased this shirt sometime last year while shopping for my vacation clothes. This is my second time wearing it, and I have fallen in love with it again. I think it’s because of the party in the back that really sold me.
But, what about these jeans. When I saw them online, I knew I had to have them. The tulip hem gave me a 70’s vibe, and I was so here for it. Sometime being a short woman have some perks, these jeans were actually ankle length, but on me they were full length. I always run into that, and it’s okay. So, to my petite woman, the look may not be the same as it is on the mannequin, but like Tim Gunn says “make it work”.
To complete my look, I went with a black pump. This shorty, needed a lift in the height category. Added my black bag that I scored on amazon, but something was missing. I needed a bit of color to really complete my overall look, and opted for a pair of red tassel drop earrings. Now, I was ready for a day of fun. What exciting things did you do Saturday?
